Co-Owner
Dr. Christa Parks is a licensed clinical psychologist and co-owner of West Coast Evaluations, based in Los Angeles, California. With nine years of specialized assessment experience and more than 1,000 neurocognitive and psychological evaluations completed, she brings substantial expertise to the evaluation of complex cognitive, psychological, functional, disability, and medical-legal concerns.
Dr. Parks has devoted extensive time to research, clinical development, and the refinement of evaluation protocols designed to promote thorough, equitable, and clinically sound assessments. Her approach carefully considers each individual’s medical history, psychological functioning, educational background, cultural and linguistic factors, and real-world functional needs.
At West Coast Evaluations, Dr. Parks leads a team of qualified professionals who share her commitment to clinical rigor, individualized assessment, and clear communication. Reports are designed to translate complex findings into practical, meaningful information for professionals, individuals, and families.

Alicia Strieby is co-owner of West Coast Evaluations and oversees the practice’s operations, project coordination, and administrative systems. Drawing on several years of leadership experience managing teams within large organizations, she brings strong expertise in project management, strategic planning, workflow development, and quality assurance.
Alicia also provides research and organizational support for the practice’s neurocognitive and psychological evaluation services. Her analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex processes help ensure that cases are handled efficiently, records are carefully organized, and evaluations remain responsive to referral requirements and applicable timelines.
Through her leadership, Alicia helps maintain the reliable, professional, and individualized service that defines West Coast Evaluations. She works closely with the clinical team, referral sources, and other involved parties to facilitate clear communication and a smooth experience throughout the evaluation process.
